1. Parties and Definitions
1.1. This refund and cancellation policy ("Agreement") is concluded between ShaiyaTR (a project of Webisso LLC, hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") and users purchasing in-game digital products (E-Pin, in-game balance, etc.) through the website https://shaiya-tr.net (hereinafter referred to as the "Website").
1.2. "E-Pin" refers to a digital code purchased by the Buyer that can be used in relevant games.
1.3. "In-Game Balance" refers to the virtual currency purchased by the Buyer for in-game transactions.
2. Subject
2.1. This Agreement determines the cancellation and refund conditions of digital products such as in-game balance and E-Pins purchased by the Buyer from the ShaiyaTR Website.
3. General Provisions
3.1. The Buyer accepts all terms of this Agreement upon completing a purchase on the Website.
3.2. The Seller undertakes to provide accurate and complete descriptions of digital products offered on the Website. The Buyer agrees that they have read and understood all product details before purchasing.
4. Refund and Cancellation Conditions
4.1. Digital products purchased by the Buyer, such as E-Pins and in-game balance, are delivered instantly and cannot be refunded, canceled, or exchanged as they fall under digital content produced specifically for the consumer.
4.2. According to the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for services that are instantly performed and consumed electronically. Therefore, the Buyer acknowledges that they cannot exercise a right of withdrawal for purchased digital products.
4.3. The Buyer cannot request a refund or exchange for an E-Pin or in-game balance, claiming they have not used it.
4.4. The Seller is not responsible for E-Pins or in-game balances that are shared with third parties, stolen, or used by others. No refund or compensation will be provided in such cases.
5. Technical and System Issues
5.1. If a purchased E-Pin or in-game balance is not delivered due to a technical error, the Buyer can report the issue to [email protected] for technical assistance.
